Diane is Broker and Chief Operating Officer of Capstone Realty. She began her real estate career in Texas at the age of 19 years as a new home sales consultant for one of the largest homebuilders in the nation. She relocated with her family to Huntsville, Alabama in 1989 and quickly grew fond of the scenic landscape and friendly residents. In June of 2009 Diane partnered with her two sons along with Steve Tincher and his son to open Capstone Realty in The Village of Providence. The company has grown to over 30 agents in just a few short months and continues to grow as more agents find that Capstone staff and administrative help allows them more time to sell real estate – rather than accomplish administrative tasks. The unique concept has paved the way for a successful launch and was noticed by RealtySouth in Birmingham as a leader in the Huntsville real estate market. RealtySouth has the largest relocation company in the state and has now partnered with Capstone to assist and service all of their relocation clients moving to the Huntsville area. Diane is excited about the future of this company and is proud of the level of service and professionalism the agents bring to their industry.
